Common questions
- Deleting your account. On your Profile page, open Account, then Delete account. We keep it for 30 days in case you change your mind: log in before then to get it back.
- Cancelling a subscription. Premium, Premium+, Pro and Pro+ are subscriptions with Apple. Cancel them in your iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting your Castful account doesn't cancel them.
- Refunds. Apple handles refunds for anything bought in Castful, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- A purchase didn't arrive. Write to us with the day you bought it and what it was.
- Someone's making you uncomfortable. Report or block them from their profile or your chat with them. Never pay to be cast.
